This simple observation inspired Brad Arden to start Thinkingroom after over 20 years exposure to the challenges of organisations and the richness of people’s experiences.
Brad is a speaker, master facilitator, provocateur and catalyst. He has pioneered fresh ways to stimulate thinking, questioning, learning and action.
In 1999, Brad returned to South Africa after a 10 year stint in London where he did his Masters Degree in Communication and embarked on a career in photojournalism. In 1997, he competed a Post Graduate Degree in Facilitation at Goldsmith University and, with this international exposure, began his career in people development.
He joined Connemara Consulting in 1999 where he became a director. In 2006 he set up his first business, TQ2 with a focus on team development, leadership, team development and experiential learning. In 2013, he co-founded SquirrelThat, an application designed to facilitate real-time learning, just in time, just what is needed.
